Today, grab a pen and paper because we're going to create a List of Now. This exercise is inspired by Liz Lamoreux, who believes that list-making can be an excellent form of self-care. As she explains, "Writing a list can help you shift your focus from distractions and swirling thoughts, and bring you back to your heart. It can also help you be more present in the moment."
Take a few moments to jot down 5-10 observations that you're currently noticing. Liz recommends practicing this exercise throughout your day to feel more centered and connected to your body and heart.
