Air Dry Clay Ornaments: The Most Popular DIY Station at Cultivate Your Christmas Calm
At the event, the air dry clay ornament station was a huge hit. Ladies crafted an array of ornaments to add to their holiday decor and to give as unique gifts.
This fun craft involves several steps - kneading the clay with your hands until it's soft and pliable, rolling it out as if you were baking sugar cookies, cutting out shapes and finally adding unique touches like words using alphabet stamps or cedar sprig imprints.
To begin, prepare the rolling area by taping down two skewers about six inches apart on a hard, smooth surface.
These step-by-step directions for making air dry clay Christmas ornaments were adapted from a tutorial by On Sutton Place.

The grapefruit breakfast served on china sounds so wonderful! It reminds me of my grandmother on my dad's side, who was always very formal with her holiday presentations. We had some pretty epic Christmas dinners at her place. It felt like the table stretched out across the room, crowded with family members!
And I'd agree about the air dry clay - I got my hubby to bring me a package home last night so I can play more this weekend!
