Find a quiet space, even if just for five minutes. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Let the tension in your shoulders melt away as you exhale. Feel the stillness settle around you.
As you pause, ask yourself: What do I need most in this moment? Allow the answer to come naturally, without judgment. This moment of awareness can bring clarity, calm, and a sense of grounding.
