Gather & Pause: An Experience
Improving Your Experience Here.
Hello,
Over the next few days, you’ll receive a short email each morning—a simple guide to improve your experience here and to help you explore this space slowly.
Each note will introduce one part of the Gather & Pause experience, so you can discover what’s here without any rush or overwhelm.
It’s my way of saying: you don’t need to know everything at once. Just come as you are, and let the experience unfold.
Why Gather & Pause
This space was created for women who’ve spent years in motion—doing, giving, holding it all together.
Gather & Pause is an experience that invites you to step out of that rhythm… and into something softer.
It’s about making space for what matters.
It’s about choosing less, but with more heart.
It’s about remembering the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet—and gently welcoming them back.
Here, we gather what nourishes us—stories, moments, creativity, reflection.
And we pause—long enough to feel, to notice, to listen inward.
There is no rush.
No checklist.
Only space.
You don’t need to change who you are.
You just need a place to return to yourself.
Why the Hummingbird
You may have noticed the hummingbird in my logo.
She holds deep meaning here.
In the natural world, hummingbirds are always in motion—quick, busy, and full of life.
But even they must pause to feed.
She reminds me—and hopefully you too—that rest is essential, not earned.
That beauty can be found in tiny moments.
That sweetness doesn’t come from rushing, but from returning to what nourishes.
The hummingbird is our quiet companion here:
Sipping sweetness from ordinary days
Returning to what fills us
Hovering long enough to feel joy
She’s small, swift, and sacred—and she’s here to guide your own journey to gather and pause.
Join me on Day 2 where I talk about…
My Story, Why I Created This Space, and Who It’s For
PS:
If you received an email earlier today, and thought, I think I’ve read this—you’re right—you had. I’ve been rearranging some things behind the scenes to help this space feel more inviting and easy to explore. In the process, I sent out an email I’d previously shared. I appreciate your patience and understanding as it all takes shape.
