I’ve been quietly tending something new here - a gentle way to weave small pauses into the week.
It’s called Nestled in the Pause.
This offering is made up of small, intentional moments - designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to what matters, without adding more to your plate.
Each week, I’ll share three gentle pauses, guided by the three pillars at the heart of this space:
You’ll notice these symbols used throughout - they’re simply a visual way to signal the type of each pause.
They’re not instructions or assignments - just gentle cues to help you choose what feels right.
You’ll receive these pauses on Sunday afternoon, and you’re welcome to visit them on whichever day feels right for you.
There’s no need to follow a schedule or engage with every invitation.
Weekends are intentionally left open -
for your own pauses, unplanned moments, or rest that doesn’t need a name.
Even one pause can be enough.
