Hello friends,
This month, we’re slowing down.
We’re choosing less—but with more heart.
More quiet. More intention. More ease.
Throughout July, I’ll be sharing gentle moments of simplicity—in daily life, in creativity, and in connection.
No rush. No pressure.
Just space to return to what matters most.
You’re warmly invited.
I won’t be writing every week this month.
Instead, I’ll be living the theme.
Simplicity invites space.
And space leaves room for wonder.
I’ll share quiet reflections as they come—softly, lovingly.
No pressure. No rush.
Just slow joy, unfolding.
Simplicity Journaling Invitation
Today, I begin my Simplicity journey through journaling—one quiet page at a time.
I invite you to join me.
Here’s our prompt…
What part of my day already feels simple and spacious?
If you feel called to pause and reflect, I’d love to hear what surfaced for you in your writing—whether a single word, a sentence, or a soft realization.
Happy Canada Day!
There’s never been a better time to be proud to be Canadian.
To all my Canadian friends—Happy Canada Day!
However you choose to celebrate, let’s be proud (and maybe a little loud!) to call this beautiful country home.

You’re Invited: The Kitchen Table Gathering
Friday, July 25 · 6:00–7:30 pm MST
This month’s theme of Simplicity invites us to pause, soften, and savour summer—together.
Join me at The Kitchen Table Gathering, a warm and welcoming space to reflect, connect, and create in community.
Our creative project will be a simple and joyful one: flower pounding.
Flower pounding is a natural art technique where you gently hammer fresh flowers or leaves onto fabric or paper. The pressure releases the plant’s natural pigments, creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind botanical imprints.
It’s a simple, meditative craft that combines creativity with nature—and no two pieces are ever the same. It’s often used to make cards, wall art, or keepsakes.
Whether you come for the conversation, the creativity, or the calm, I’d love to have you there.
Thank you for being here, for pausing, and for choosing to savor July alongside me.
