The Garden

The Garden is where you come when the noise gets loud, and you need somewhere quiet to land. Nothing here asks anything of you. The practices are short. The pace is slow. You don’t need to know how to be still; you just need to be willing to sit down. The quiet does the rest.

Stillness Practices

For when you need a few minutes that belongs only to you.

These are small, unhurried practices designed for real life. A pause between one thing and the next. No cushion required, no experience needed, no right way to do it. Just you, arriving.

Once a month, I record a new stillness practice and leave it here for you, the way you might leave the gate open for a friend. Some are seated and quiet. Some invite you outside, wherever outside is for you. All of them are yours to return to whenever the moment is right.

Think of it less as a lesson and more as a bench in the garden with your name on it. You are welcome to come sit, for five minutes or for twenty, and leave whenever you are ready.

Closing

If you are new here, the Garden is a good place to begin. Start with whichever practice catches your eye. There is no order, no progression, and nothing to complete. The gate is always open.
