Today, something long-dreamed and quietly tended finally opens its doors.

The Pause Shop isn’t just a shop - it’s a gathering of everything I’ve created, collected, and carried with me over the years.

If you’ve been with me for a while, you know that so much of my life has been shaped by this kind of work - hosting gatherings (both virtually and in-person), designing icebreaker games and rituals, creating facilitator manuals, dreaming up story circles, styling beautiful tables, creating projects by hand, organizing creative experiences, recording meditations, and creating sacred spaces, where women connect, feel seen, supported, and gently held.

Over the years, these pieces lived in folders, notebooks, baskets, and boxes - small treasures from different chapters of my life - tucked away, yet still full of possibility. The Pause Shop is where they come together - finally find a home.

It’s where past experiences and present inspiration join hands -
where my love of calm, creativity, and connection can reach a little farther,
and where small, meaningful offerings can find their way into your everyday rhythms.

The shelves won’t fill all at once.
Everything is being created slowly and intentionally - the same way I’ve always approached my gatherings.
