Hello, I’m Kathy Barlow, a prairie girl at heart who hangs my cozy clothes just east of the Canadian Rockies.

With 35 years of experience as a skilled event planner, I’ve worked alongside countless individuals and organizations to design community events.

What I’m not, is an expert. I’m a guide who designs spaces that offer you support, inspiration, and meaningful experiences to deepen your connection to yourself and rediscover joy through stillness, creativity, and connection.

While I’ve created this space with care and intention, I also collaborate with amazing women who bring their unique gifts as guides, enriching our journey together—this is just a sampling of the passionate women who have joined me.
