It's a beautiful place! We had many a great gathering there. One time my friend Julie (my partner in crime) and I arrived to find the gate locked. The building caretaker had returned from a holiday late the night before and forgot about the booking. We had to help one another climb through the barbed wire fence, then hike it up the very long driveway. He was pretty surprised when we knocked on the door. We managed to get everything set up before the guests arrived. 😂
